If we are going over 9 meters a second and hit the melee button, then scouts perform a lunge.
Cost 100 stamina per kick.
Does 150 dmg.
Travels 1.5 meters forward when used.
Not assisted by aim assist.
Stamina cannot recharge till attack is complete.
It could be diffrant for each scout.
Amarr-Drop kick.
Minmatar-Falcon knee
Caldari-spin kick/jump kick
Gallente-slide kick/spin kick
I think the Gallente and Caldari kick could be switched, cause it would probably work on either suit. Not sure honestly which would be better.

Another idea, this could be a extra bonus for NKs if they never get the ability to charge while sprinting.

I was thinking it could be a feature with the NK(see my 2nd post) but I would be worried that it would interfere with the nature of knives.

Heck yes...but they have to have at least 200 stamina to perform it. It cause scouts to get blurry and fall to the ground UNLESS the scout jumped as the heavy'a leg came down(thusly avoidig the shockwave)
Medium suits will "dizzy" vision for 1-2 seconds.
